How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next business day. Save the dates and business orders take longer because of the proofing step — allow 5–10 business days from proof approval.
What sort of photo should I send?
We print exactly what you upload, so the photo you send is the magnet you get. A few things help:
- Good light beats a good camera
- Crop in close — faces work best filling the frame
- Avoid screenshots and anything blurry
- Aim for at least 1000 × 1000 pixels

Can I send different photos in one pack?
Yes. A 12-pack can be twelve different photos, or the same one twelve times — entirely up to you.
I couldn't upload my photos. What now?
Reply to your order confirmation email and attach them. Include your order number so we can match them up. We'll need them within 7 days.
How much is shipping?
Free, on every order, anywhere in Australia. Brisbane locals can collect instead — choose local pickup at checkout.
How big are the magnets?
50 × 50 mm. Rigid, glossy finish, and strong enough to hold a postcard on the fridge.
What if my magnet arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us with a photo within 7 days and we'll reprint it, no charge.
We can't reprint for photo quality — blurry, dark or low-resolution uploads print exactly as they arrive. If you're unsure about a photo, send it through before you order.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards come in $18, $28, $45, $72 and $110 — the same amounts as our magnet packs — and arrive by email straight away. They're redeemable online, and any unused balance stays on the card.
Do you do weddings and work events?
